		<description>I agree that Nanotech can provide an answer. The pertinent question is what is the cost? If the cost was only say 2-3 Billion Pounds then frankly, Nuclear Power would really be to cheap to meter! However, innovative technologies are always expensive at first, and I suspect that it will be even expensive at first. Only until the &#039;Long Tail&#039; has been ridden will cost come down. Catch-22 anyone?</description>
